Wheelie Fresh & Clean operates within a 10-mile radius of our main office covering areas of the Dover, Folkestone and South East Kent districts. Our service areas are divided into Purple Round and Green Round, allowing us to provide reliable and efficient cleaning routes. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, simply enter your postcode on our website and we'll confirm availability.

Signing up is quick and easy. Simply complete our online sign-up form with your address, bin collection day, and the bins you would like cleaned. Once submitted, we'll confirm your postcode round and schedule your service into our regular cleaning rota. You will get confirmation of your cleaning schedule within 24 hours of sign up.

Once you have signed up, we will confirm your postcode round and cleaning schedule. Your first clean will take place during the next available cycle for your area following your first payment. For example, if you make your first payment on the 1st and you are assigned Purple Round which starts on the 3rd, you will have your first clean that week based on your local council's bin collection day. If you are assigned Green Round which starts on the 17th, you will have your first clean that week.

Our service operates on a four-weekly cleaning cycle. Each of your bins is professionally cleaned every four weeks, helping to remove built-up grime, bacteria and unpleasant odours.

No, you do not need to be home. As long as your bins are left outside after collection and are clearly accessible, we will clean them and return them to where they were collected. Please ensure your bin is clearly labelled with your house number so we can ensure the correct one is cleaned.

We use professional bin cleaning equipment that combines high-pressure washing with sanitising and deodorising treatments. This removes dirt, bacteria, and unpleasant smells, leaving your bins hygienic and fresh.

We clean all standard residential bins including:

• Recycling bins
• Garden waste bins

Wheelie bins can quickly become a breeding ground for bacteria, unpleasant odours, flies, and maggots due to food waste and residue that builds up over time. Regular professional cleaning helps keep your bins hygienic, fresh and safer for your home environment.

If your bin has not been emptied by the council on collection day, we may not be able to clean it during that visit. In most cases, the clean will take place during the next scheduled cycle.

If your bin is not accessible during our visit, we may not be able to complete the clean that day. We recommend leaving your bins out after collection so we can clean them during our scheduled route, however you may still be charged.

Payments are collected automatically when you sign up through our online booking system. This allows your service to continue without needing to manually pay each time.

At the moment, we focus solely on our regular 4-weekly cleaning service to ensure we can provide a reliable and consistent service for all customers.

This allows us to keep bins clean, fresh and hygienic all year round, rather than just as a one-off clean.

Our monthly cleaning plan has a minimum 12-month term, which allows us to maintain consistent routes and provide a reliable service. After the initial 12 months, your plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time with 1 month's notice.
